The online profiles are
offered via the EPIC
system. EPIC stands for Electronic Profile Information Center. It is
an easy-to-use web-based platform that allows you, your clients,
employees or participants to take a variety of assessments online 24/7.
And, you have the ability to set up your own virtual warehouse and
assign access codes anytime of day or night for the following online
assessments. If you would like more information on how to create your
companies own EPIC account please contact Jacque at

When you choose to the "paper
version" you will receive the profile via USPS. Allow
5-7 days.
When you choose “online
version” you will receive a response via email with an
assess code and instructions to complete the profile online at your
convenience. Once you complete the profile you will then be able to
print and view your profile immediately.
