Presentation Skills
It is easy to plunge into developing your talk with the attitude of - “My purpose is to share all of this wonderful information with you, my eager and expectant audience!” The problem is, no matter how eager and expectant every audience is, a week later they will remember only about 10 percent of what you said. Instead of aiming at just giving your audience information, aim at changing their actions and attitudes. Focus on just how effective the audience needs to be at knowing, feeling or doing, whatever you told them in your message, after they hear it. To change listeners’ attitudes and actions with depth and conviction, you need to start with you. You will learn ways to create the change in your listeners after attending this fun, informative program.

"Your ability as a talented and knowledgeable communicator captivated your audience, and encouraged them to participate freely. As a result of your careful preparation, as sincere efforts, many participants left your program with a much better understanding of how to create a more effective presentation style. Thank again".

Kevin J. Osterman - President, Phoenix Federal Woman's Program Interagency Council
